Delivery
We deliver all over Australia. Mostly by 1st Transport or Post Office for Melbourne Metro. Other area within Australia will be deliverd by various courers.
Delivery cost is approximate $10-$60 within Australia. This is determined by the postcode of your delivery address. You will be given exact costs during checkout process.
If you are just after a quote estimate you can email us the product name, quantity, and supply your shipping address with postcode.
Policy
- Products are shipped within Australia and Internationally by best means available.
- Products are shipped ONLY afte payment has been received by KT Battery in full
- Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
- Please note for shipping purposes, batteries are classed as hazardous goods and must be sent using hazardous chemical couriers. These couriers do not deliver as frequently as regular couriers, so please allow about 1 week for battery deliveries.
- The cost of shipping is minimum $20 or 1% of total purchase whatever is higher. Purchase over $10,000 receives free freight.
- For shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order. Overseas orders can only be paid by direct deposit or wire transfer into our bank account.
- We will not be responsible for any losses suffered by reason of any delays in processing any order.
- Payment complications will evidently slow the EAT of poducts. It is the customer's responsibiliy to provide correct shipping address, billing address, customer information and billing information to ensure that we can provide an efficient response time.
