Our Neuton Power camping rig is powered by two 30/40/60 watts solar panels perform well while camping in the sometimes freezing and often scorching conditions of the Australian outback and are one of the most economical solar panels available. The cabling from the solar panel leads to a solar regulator which is connected to a deep cycle battery.

 

The collapsible case weighs under 2 kilos and was made from aluminium which gives a nice outlook for the product. A couple of hinges were added for where the solar panel attaches to the case , some chain with carabiner clips attached to provide stability and easily adjustable angles and a few screws and bolts to put the whole thing together. It is quite stable even under quite windy conditions.
