We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost - please insure the parcel) in a resalable condition. You must contact us by email or phone to verify if a return will be OK.

 

Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained. Refund will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions.

 

KT Battery will refund based on proof of purchase.  The refund will be returned in the same medium in which it was given.
